International Shipping:
We ship products internationally to certain countries. International shipments are subject to customs inspection which may cause unforeseen shipping delays that are beyond our estimated delivery time. Customs fee charges or taxes imposed on international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking:
After you place an order and it has been shipped, we will send you an email confirmation, including the order tracking information. You can track your order with the tracking number we provide you, either on our website or the carrier’s website.
Delivery Confirmation:
All shipments include delivery confirmation. When your package is delivered, ensure that someone will be at home to receive the package. If there is no one who can receive the package, the carrier will usually leave you a delivery notification, or attempt to deliver the package on another day.
Damaged or Missing Shipments:
In the extremely rare event if you receive an item that was damaged in transit, we will need an package opening video as a proof within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will not be able to entertain any query after this time frame has passed.
For Missing items, please raise a query immediately after the the promised delivery time has passed, so that we can confirm the issue with the carrier and work on the replacement or refund of the same.
