Payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways. Pipihiri does not store complete card details.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

Pipihiri is not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.

Once an order is handed over to the courier, risk transfers to the customer.

6. Damaged or Missing Shipments

Customers must follow our Refund & Damaged Shipment Policy, including:

  • Mandatory package opening video for damage claims.
  • Reporting within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Immediate reporting for missing shipments.

Failure to comply may result in denial of claims.
